Years of photographing spaces have taught me to look beyond the room itself - at the light, materials, details and atmosphere that make a place feel distinctive. When a project calls for it, I’m happy to stay for a few days and take the time to really experience the place.

From a restaurant kitchen in the middle of service to a day spent among the vines, I create visual stories that go beyond the finished plate or bottle. I’m interested in the people, places, processes and small details that make each story its own.
